Golden Gate Park, 11:33 PM, Outside the Academy's Laboratory #10/10

11:33pm. The sea breeze carries the misty fog into the city, gliding over the rolling hills as a majestic octopus moving over a dark reef. Pockets of light summon shapes of this urban skerry into smooth faces of stone, concrete and glass. Tall, arched Victorian windows glow like glassy eyes, with feline shapes moving inside their sockets. Tiny worlds unto their own, obscured with condensation, fence in the magnificent grove of eucalyptus trees of Golden Gate Park.
