Picasso: The Art Thief

Did you know that Pablo Picasso was a suspected art thief? He was never charged. But was thought to be part of a plot to steal The Mona Lisa with his friend, Guillaume Apollinaire. When Picasso appeared before a magistrate he was asked if he knew Apollinaire. He lied. "I have never seen this man." I’ve always found that tidbit about him so amusing.
