An active form of perception, perspicacity is the shrewd assessment of the immediate situation and ability to determine whether there is a threat. A necessary skill for all guardians and watchmen who must be able to behold their surroundings in great detail and look for anything that might be amiss. This is an activity that one cannot maintain indefinitely because of the amount of endurance it takes to perform. All of us must let down our guard at some point. This piece is a 1/1 edition carefully created by [Maneki Neko](https://foundation.app/@ManekiNeko). It began as a text-to-image collaboration with an AI. It was finished by merging images from five or more generations together to create a piece with a coherent color scheme, expression of a theme and packed full of intricate detail.
