Surprisingly, this piece was made from #3 Number Spiders. Made by applying some distortions, then selectively darkening and colors parts of the image. An example of pareidolia, where many skulls and creatures were visible. I swear there are more hidden in the undarkened portions. I've left them as an exercise for the viewer's imagination. It really creeps me out. One of my favorite works I've done over the years, since it seems like it sort of magically happened without me planning it. I really appreciate serendipity.
